This Privacy Policy explains how Q Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Google Ads specialist practice based in Cape Town, South Africa, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit qmarketing.co.za or contact us. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

For the purposes of POPIA, Q Marketing is the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.

Information you give us. When you complete a form, download a resource, book a call, or email us, we collect the details you provide, typically:

• Your name and email address (contact form and resource/newsletter sign-ups)

• Scheduling details if you book a call through our booking link

Information we collect automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you browse, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

11. Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
